You and your baby are
in trusted hands.

I bring over 33 years of experience as a Midwife and 23 years as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have worked extensively both in the community as a Lead Maternity Carer and within hospital settings as a core midwife and IBCLC.

Throughout my career, I have supported thousands of families through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and the early weeks of parenting. This depth of experience allows me to combine evidence-based knowledge, compassion, and real-world practicality to help parents feel informed, confident, and empowered.

About Our Birthing, Breastfeeding
& Newborn Sleep Classes

Our classes are practical, evidence-based and grounded in real-life experience. They’re designed to help you understand how your body and your baby work together, so you can feel calm, confident and prepared.

Classes are relaxed, friendly and interactive. This isn’t a lecture, it’s a conversation. We meet face to face in Auckland CBD (AUT, St Paul Street) or online via Zoom, in a supportive and non-judgemental space.

Each session includes interactive activities, group discussions, short videos and practical take-home resources, including birth planning and hospital checklists. There’s plenty of time for questions, connection and sharing with other parents.

Most people attend birthing classes from around 28 weeks, with breastfeeding classes best from 32 weeks onwards.

After the course, we set up a WhatsApp group so you can stay connected, organise coffee catch-ups and continue supporting each other once classes wrap up.
