Breastfeeding Matters breastfeeding classes are friendly, supportive, and empowering, designed to give you the confidence and practical skills to begin your breastfeeding journey with ease.

You’ll learn how breastfeeding works, how to recognise and respond to your newborn’s feeding and sleep patterns in the early weeks and months, and how to set yourself up for long-term breastfeeding success.

With practical guidance, real-life tips, and expect evidence-based support from a lactation consultant, you’ll leave feeling confident, prepared, and supported as you start this important journey with your baby. Most people attend from 32 weeks onwards.

Monthy: Wed night class from 6:00-8.00pm

Location: Online
