October Birth Matters - Confident Birth Starts here-Sat 24th October

$295.00

Feel confident learning with a Registered Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), bringing over 33 years of clinical and teaching experience to every class.

Our classes are unbiased, evidence-based, fun, and engaging, designed to help you feel calm, confident, and well-prepared for birth and the transition to parenthood. Learning happens in small, supportive groups, with everyone seated around tables — this is not a lecture, it’s a conversation.

You’ll gain a clear understanding of how birth and breastfeeding work, learn about your amazing newborn, and know what to expect along the way.

By the end of the course, you’ll understand the choices available to you, empowering you to make decisions that feel right for you and your baby. Sessions include videos, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities, making learning enjoyable, meaningful, and easy to remember.

Taught in a relaxed and supportive environment, these sessions are ideal for first-time parents or those wanting a refresher. Classes are available face-to-face or online, so you can join in the way that suits you best. Most people attend a class from 28 weeks onwards.
